Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on qahwetna.cafe with ML Helvetic Sàrl ("we").

Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) per 200 g bag. Delivery costs CHF 8.50 and is free from CHF 90. [VAT status to confirm.]

Order and payment

Your order is confirmed on screen and by email with an order number. You pay by TWINT to the number shown, with the order number as the message. If we have not received payment within 5 days, the order is cancelled.

Delivery

We ship to addresses in Switzerland within 1 to 3 working days after receiving payment. For other countries, write to us first.

Problems with an order

Coffee is a food product, so opened bags cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, write to contact@qahwetna.cafe within 7 days with your order number and we will replace it or refund you.

Law
