This notice explains what personal data ML Helvetic Sàrl collects on qahwetna.cafe and why, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, your order and any note you leave. When you ask for wholesale prices or for news of a new lot: the details you type in the form.

Why

Only to handle your order, deliver it, send you the payment details and answer your requests. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Orders and requests are sent by email to contact@qahwetna.cafe and kept on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger) as long as the law requires for accounting, then deleted. Delivery details go to the postal service that delivers your parcel.
